Find New England Revolution II Coach Emails on Cancha Labs

How Do I Contact New England Revolution II Coaches?

To contact New England Revolution II coaches, start by identifying the relevant staff members and finding their available professional contact information.

New England Revolution II is the professional development team of the New England Revolution, competing in MLS NEXT Pro.

The team operates within the club's player development system, connecting the Revolution Academy with the Major League Soccer first team.

Players interested in Revolution II may want to research:

• Head Coach

• Assistant Coach

• Goalkeeper Coach

• Technical Director

• Head of Player Recruitment

• Other relevant coaching and scouting personnel

The problem is that identifying these people is only the first step.

Where Can I Find New England Revolution II Coach Emails?

Cancha Labs helps players search for hard-to-find coaching emails and professional club contact information associated with New England Revolution II.

The Revolution's official website publishes coaching staff names and roles, but it does not provide individual direct email addresses for every coach.

That means you can know exactly who you want to contact without knowing how to reach them.

Cancha Labs is designed to bridge that gap.

Search New England Revolution II to review available contact records for coaches and club personnel.

Search New England Revolution II Coach Emails

Contact availability varies by individual. Cancha Labs does not guarantee an email address for every staff member, and access to a contact does not mean the club has agreed to accept unsolicited trial requests.

Who Is the New England Revolution II Head Coach?

Pablo Moreira is the head coach of New England Revolution II.

The club appointed Moreira on December 3, 2025, ahead of the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro season.

He became the third head coach in Revolution II history.

Moreira previously spent two seasons as an assistant coach with the New England Revolution MLS first team.

He also served as interim head coach for the final four matches of the club's 2025 MLS season.

Pablo Moreira Coaching Background

Moreira has extensive experience across Major League Soccer and college soccer.

His coaching career includes:

• Assistant Coach, Portland Timbers

• Assistant Coach, Columbus Crew

The club also lists senior technical personnel involved in its broader soccer operations.

These senior positions are not necessarily direct contacts for individual Revolution II trial applications.

Staff assignments may change ahead of the 2027 season.

Who Is Michael Milazzo?

Michael Milazzo is an assistant coach for New England Revolution II.

Milazzo joined the second-team coaching staff ahead of the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro season.

Before that appointment, he spent three seasons as a head coach within the Revolution Academy.

His academy coaching experience included the U18 and U15 age groups.

Milazzo's promotion to Revolution II illustrates how the organization connects its academy coaching structure with its professional development team.

Who Is Brad Knighton?

Brad Knighton is New England Revolution II's assistant coach and goalkeeper coach.

Knighton previously enjoyed a 15-year professional playing career as a goalkeeper.

After retiring, he joined the Revolution Academy coaching staff before moving into his Revolution II role ahead of the 2025 season.

For goalkeepers interested in professional opportunities, relevant footage should demonstrate:

• Shot-stopping

• Distribution under pressure

• Positioning

• Aerial ability

• One-on-one situations

• Communication

• Decision-making

Professional goalkeeper evaluations involve more than highlight-reel saves.

Who Is the New England Revolution Head of Player Recruitment?

David Kammarman is listed as Head of Player Recruitment in the club's official staff directory.

His role is part of the broader New England Revolution organization.

That does not establish that he accepts unsolicited player trial applications for Revolution II.

Players should distinguish between identifying a recruitment executive and confirming the appropriate process for submitting a player profile.

Who Is Remi Roy?

Remi Roy is the New England Revolution Technical Director.

His responsibilities include scouting, recruitment, and talent identification at collegiate, national, and international levels.

He works within the club's broader technical structure.

As with other senior staff members, his position should not automatically be treated as an invitation to submit unsolicited trial requests.

Does New England Revolution II Have Open Tryouts in 2027?

As of November 1, 2026, no officially announced public New England Revolution II open tryout for 2027 was verified.

That does not mean the team has stopped recruiting or evaluating players.

Professional soccer clubs can identify players through:

• Academy development

• Scouting

• College soccer

• Transfers

• Player recommendations

• Other recruitment and evaluation processes

A public open tryout is only one possible pathway.

What If Revolution II Isn't Holding Open Tryouts?

You can still prepare for professional opportunities.

Research the current coaching staff.

Prepare a professional player résumé.

Organize your highlight video and full-match footage.

Monitor the club's official recruitment announcements.

If the team accepts outside player inquiries, ask the appropriate staff whether it considers external player evaluations.

You don't have to depend entirely on public tryout announcements to pursue professional soccer.

You can also research other clubs where direct outreach is welcome.

Can You Get an MLS NEXT Pro Trial by Emailing Coaches?

Yes. Direct coach outreach can lead to professional soccer trials when clubs are willing to evaluate outside players.

Many aspiring players believe they need an agent, an existing professional connection, or a scout watching their games before they can pursue a professional opportunity.

Those are legitimate pathways, but they are not the only ways to introduce yourself to clubs.

Cancha Labs has received reports from players who secured trial opportunities after contacting coaches directly.

These include clubs in:

LeagueCustomer-reported resultLiga MXPlayers secured trials through direct outreachUSL ChampionshipPlayers secured trials through direct outreachMLS NEXT ProPlayers secured trials through direct outreachUSL League TwoPlayers secured trials through direct outreach

These are reported results across those competitions, not a claim that New England Revolution II specifically invited those players.

The important point is that players can create opportunities by reaching out instead of waiting to be discovered.

A coach might request additional footage, forward a player profile to recruitment staff, or invite a player to an evaluation.

They might also decline or never respond.

Direct outreach is not a guarantee.

But it can create an opportunity to introduce yourself to people you otherwise couldn't reach.

The Biggest Obstacle: Finding the Coach's Actual Email

Imagine you're playing in UPSL or USL League Two.

You've had a strong season.

You have good footage.

You want to reach a professional coach.

You search for New England Revolution II and find Pablo Moreira's name.

Now what?

Knowing who the coach is doesn't mean you can contact him.

His direct email may not be publicly listed.

The club's general contact address may not reach him.

And you might not have an agent or someone who can make an introduction.

This is the problem Cancha Labs addresses.

Cancha Labs helps players access hard-to-find coaching contact information so they can research direct outreach opportunities without relying exclusively on personal connections.

Where Can I Find Professional Soccer Coach Emails in the United States?

Cancha Labs is a soccer coach contact search engine that helps players find available professional coaching emails, phone numbers, and club contacts across American soccer.

If you're wondering how to contact an MLS NEXT Pro coach, find a USL Championship manager's email, or reach a professional soccer team's technical staff, Cancha Labs is built for that purpose.

Contact coverage varies by club and individual.

Why Are Professional Soccer Coach Emails So Hard to Find?

Professional clubs commonly publish their staff members' names without publishing individual email addresses.

A team website might show:

• The head coach's name

• The assistant coach's biography

• A technical director's title

• A general customer service address

But none of that necessarily provides the coach's direct contact information.

Cancha Labs is not simply a directory of coaches' names. Its value is helping players find available contact information associated with those coaches.

For players without agents or established connections, that access can make a meaningful difference.

Can I Find Emails for Multiple Professional Soccer Teams?

Yes.

Cancha Labs allows players to research available contacts across multiple clubs.

A player interested in New England Revolution II could also research:

• Philadelphia Union II

• New York City FC II

• Red Bull New York II

• Toronto FC II

• Columbus Crew 2

• FC Cincinnati 2

• Other MLS NEXT Pro teams

• USL Championship clubs

• USL League One clubs

The goal is to identify realistic opportunities and contact clubs that accept outside player inquiries.

How to Email Professional Soccer Coaches Without an Agent

You do not need a FIFA agent simply to introduce yourself to a professional soccer coach.

For clubs that accept external player inquiries, you can reach out directly.

Step 1: Choose Teams That Fit Your Level

Research professional clubs based on your position, age, playing experience, and eligibility.

Don't focus exclusively on famous MLS organizations.

Step 2: Identify the Relevant Coaching Staff

Find the head coach, assistants, technical staff, and appropriate recruitment personnel.

Verify that they currently work with the club.

Step 3: Find Available Contact Information

This is often the hardest part.

The names may be publicly available, but the direct email addresses often aren't.

Use Cancha Labs to search for available professional coaching emails and phone numbers.

Step 4: Prepare Your Player Profile

Include:

• Full name

• Age or birth year

• Primary and secondary positions

• Current club and league

• Previous playing experience

• Highlight video

• Full-match footage

• Contact information

Step 5: Send a Personalized Email

If the club accepts player inquiries, introduce yourself and ask whether your profile could be considered for an evaluation.

Step 6: Follow Up Professionally

Allow time for a response.

If appropriate, send one concise follow-up.

Respect any request not to be contacted.

He had recorded 34 MLS NEXT Pro regular-season appearances with Revolution II, scoring five goals and adding two assists.

He also represented New England at the 2025 MLS NEXT All-Star Game.

Oliveira is an example of the academy-to-Revolution II-to-MLS pathway.

Judah Siqueira

Judah Siqueira is another player who progressed through the Revolution development system.

In August 2026, New England signed him to an MLS Homegrown contract.

He had already made his MLS debut and accumulated professional appearances with Revolution II.

Siqueira became the club's 17th Homegrown Player signing.

Damario McIntosh

Damario McIntosh signed a first-team Homegrown contract in January 2025.

He made his professional debut with Revolution II at age 16 and played 25 MLS NEXT Pro matches during the 2024 season.

Malcolm Fry

Malcolm Fry played professionally for Revolution II before signing a first-team Homegrown contract.

At the time of his 2023 signing announcement, he had made 37 MLS NEXT Pro appearances for the second team, including postseason matches.

These players demonstrate that Revolution II provides a genuine professional development pathway.

However, playing for Revolution II does not guarantee an MLS contract.

How Did New England Revolution II Perform in 2026?

New England Revolution II qualified for the 2026 MLS NEXT Pro Playoffs.

The team finished the regular season with:

2026 StatisticResultWins12Losses8Draws8Points48Eastern Conference finishFifthPlayoff qualificationYesLeading regular-season scorerMyles Morgan, 14 goals

The club secured its playoff place with a 3-1 victory over Toronto FC II on September 20, 2026.

Myles Morgan scored his 14th goal of the season in that match, setting a Revolution II single-season scoring record.

Revolution II's postseason ended with a 2-1 defeat against Columbus Crew 2 in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals on October 17.

These results show the level of competition within MLS NEXT Pro.

Players pursuing this level should prepare footage that demonstrates their ability to perform against strong, organized opposition.

Can UPSL, USL2 or College Players Pursue Revolution II Trials?

Players from amateur, pre-professional, and college backgrounds can research professional teams and pursue evaluations where external recruitment is permitted.

However, New England Revolution II has not announced a general public trial process guaranteeing evaluations to players from these leagues.

UPSL Players

If you're playing in UPSL, include your team, division, position, and recent competitive footage.

Explain your playing background clearly.

USL League Two Players

USL League Two experience can provide relevant context when approaching professional clubs.

Include full-match footage, playing history, and evidence of your performances.

College Soccer Players

College players should provide their university, conference, position, achievements, and recent match footage.

Consult your athletic department or compliance office regarding eligibility rules before participating in professional trials or signing agreements.

International Players

However, immigration requirements, work authorization, roster rules, and club recruitment priorities may affect opportunities.

Your current league doesn't prevent you from researching professional teams.

The important part is identifying realistic clubs and presenting your experience accurately.

Does New England Revolution Academy Have Open Tryouts?

New England Revolution Academy operates separately from Revolution II.

The club has an Elite Player Pathway, a supplemental training program for talented youth players.

The program is intended for players ages 10–14 and uses a tryout-based selection process.

It provides training at Gillette Stadium and opportunities for players to be identified for Revolution Academy teams.

The club also says academy tryout opportunities occur periodically.

What Is the New England Revolution Academy Contact Email?

The academy publishes:

RevolutionAcademy@revolutionsoccer.net

This email is for academy and youth development program inquiries.

It is not a confirmed professional Revolution II trial application email.

Players should not confuse youth academy tryouts with MLS NEXT Pro recruitment.

Why You Shouldn't Depend on One Professional Soccer Team

If Revolution II is your target club, research the team and monitor its recruitment opportunities.

But if your larger goal is to become a professional soccer player, don't limit your search to one organization.

There are professional and pre-professional teams across multiple American leagues.

A player interested in Revolution II could also research:

• Philadelphia Union II

• New York City FC II

• Red Bull New York II

• Columbus Crew 2

• FC Cincinnati 2

• Other MLS NEXT Pro clubs

Not every club accepts unsolicited player inquiries.

But researching multiple teams gives you a broader view of potential opportunities.
