MLS NEXT Pro Teams

MLS NEXT Pro is a professional men's soccer league in the United States and Canada launched by Major League Soccer in 2022. The league plays an important role in the pathway between MLS NEXT academies and MLS first teams.

Many MLS NEXT Pro clubs operate as the second or reserve team of an MLS organization, giving developing professional players opportunities to compete while remaining connected to an MLS first team.
